The Forbes ranking of up to 120 Canadian firms places Altis near the top in all three categories

Our clients have spoken, and we couldn’t be prouder!
Earlier this year, Forbes and research firm Statista launched the inaugural ranking of Canada’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms for 2025, gathering input from more than 15,000 recruiters, hiring managers and HR leaders (including many of our clients) to rank Canada’s top firms in three categories:
Lucky for us, we’re specialists in all three categories.
After tallying the results, Forbes released the final ranking today, and we’re pleased to see that Altis Recruitment not only made the cut in each category, but we REALLY made it, as in cream of the crop in ALL THREE categories!
Thrilled doesn’t even begin to describe our reaction to the news.
We work hard as a team, consulting with our clients to learn about their business and hiring needs, interviewing thousands of candidates to learn what their strengths are—and what lights them up—and always looking for interesting, new trends in our many areas of specialization to pass along to the employers we work with.
The result? We place ~8,000 of this country’s best and brightest candidates with many of Canada’s top employers every year—everything from permanent to temporary and contract roles, spanning entry-level to executive, in a range of industries and sectors from coast to coast.
We love the work we do and are proud to be recognized for it, especially knowing that it came directly from our clients, many of whom took the time to share their experiences with Statista. Huge thanks to our clients for sharing your thoughts!
As our CEO, Andie Andreou, explains in this Forbes article, this ranking is also the result of a lot of internal work we’ve been doing as a team over the past year to improve our service delivery even further. For example:
