Scotties Tournament of Hearts l Feb 16-25: Hosted at Olympic Park, the annual tournament will see the top women’s curling teams from across the country compete for the opportunity to win the national title, and represent Canada at the World Women’s Curling Championship. Chinook Blast l Feb 2-19: Every winter, Chinook Blast sweeps in to warm up Calgary with a celebration of community, culture, and civic pride. The city-wide event offers locals and visitors alike some of Calgary’s very best art, music, theatre, sport and recreation, food and drink, and so much more! From iconic festivals, live music and exhilarating events to cultural experiences, concerts, and night markets, there’s something for everyone.  

Calgary Corporate Challenge – Human Bonspiel l Feb 27-Mar 3: Ever wondered what it’s like to be a curling stone? Well, here’s your chance! Held at Olympic Plaza, the annual Human Bonspiel sees teams of four compete for points by launching themselves along the ice to slide closest to the button, all while raising money for local charities. Calgary Corporate Challenge’s Off-Season Events are open to anyone and everyone over the age of 18, so it’s also a great opportunity to network with some of the city’s business leaders.

Snow Rodeo l Feb 8-11: Now in its fourth year, the Snow Rodeo will return to Calgary from February 8 to 11. This year, the Rodeo includes the FIS Snowboard Halfpipe and Snowboard Slopestyle World Cup events, along with an adrenaline-packed display of tricks and stunts from the best riders in the world, each competing for cash prizes, cowboy hats and points toward world ranking.
